Safari Itinerary

Day 1- Kilimanjaro International Airport To Arusha
Our representative (or your guide) will meet you at the airport, pick you up and transfer you to your
lodge in Arusha. The drive from the airport to your hotel is about 45min. Your safari consultant together
with your safari guide will brief you on various aspects of your itinerary including sharing all the
important tips before the safari begins.

Dinner and overnight at Venus Hotel – Arusha

DAY 2 – Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Soon after healthy breakfast, your guide will pick you from your hotel for a leisure ride to Tarangire for a
game drive viewing. This park is known for a great number of elephants, birdlife, big cats and other
fabulous wildlife. During the dry season Tarangire River, which cuts through the park, is attractor for
animal life. You will have your lunch in picnic site before drive to your camp after enough game drive.

Accommodation: Accacia Farm Lodge – Karatu

Meal Plan: Breakfast will be provided by Accacia Farm Lodge Karatu. Lunch will be a nutritious and
balanced meal, also provided by the hotel for you to take out on safari. Your evening meal will be a full,
cooked dinner created by the chef and his team at the Accacia Farm Lodge Karatu.

DAY 3 – Karatu To Serengeti National Park, By Way Of Ngorongoro Conservation Area
You will start drive early in the morning after breakfast to Serengeti National Park as known as “Endless
Plain” denoted from Maasai language. You will drive via Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you will
have few minutes of crater view. After break you will proceed to Serengeti National Park for afternoon
game drive where you will have opportunities to cross the heard of mammals and other fabulous
wildlife animals. Central Serengeti and Seronera River Valley is “heart” game area of wildlife through the
year. This area is permanent “home” for numbers of wildlife such as “big five”. After the game drive, you
will be taken to your accommodation for some welcome rest, your evening meal and to spend the night.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is enjoyed at the Kitela Lodge. Lunch will be a nutritious and balanced meal, also
provided by the lodge for you to take out on safari. Your dinner will be a delicious meal at the Serengeti
Sametu Camp.

DAY 4 – NORTHERN SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK. (WEST)
This morning after breakfast you will drive to North Serengeti, as driving you will pass through herds of
wildlife before getting Kogatende where Mara River Crossing and migration will welcome you. At
evening you will have an opportunity to view great migration as wildebeest, zebras across the river. The
river tends to flow all the day of august during that time you will count part of the wildebeest herds
stock across the river. After the game drive, you will be taken to your accommodation for some
welcome rest, your evening meal and to spend the night.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is enjoyed at the Serengeti Sametu Camp. Lunch will be a nutritious and balanced
meal, also provided by the lodge for you to take out on safari. Your dinner will be a delicious meal at the
Tanzania Bush Camp.

DAY 5-FULL DAY AT KOGATENDE (WEST)
Your second day at kogatende (North Serengeti), apart from crossing Kogatende is full of actions,
predator hunting prays, pray grazing and feed themselves in an open plains that is easy to see them.
Your driver guide will know the best game route with packed lunch at one of the picnic site within a
park. After the game drive, you will be taken to your accommodation for some welcome rest, your
evening meal and to spend the night.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is enjoyed at the Tanzania Bush Camp. Lunch will be a nutritious and balanced
meal, also provided by the lodge for you to take out on safari. Your dinner will be a delicious meal at the
Tanzania Bush Camp.

DAY 6: GREAT MIGRATION AND MARA RIVER CROSSING
Immediately after healthy breakfast you will proceed with game drive and witness the “the world
greatest show” where crocodiles lick their thickset jaw in anticipation in the Grumeti river. The “big
cats” such as lion hunting in the long grasses on savannah, leopard on acacia trees hang the meet on the
tree, cheetah lies on rocks under the sun wait for the fresh meat from wildebeest, zebras and more. It
will be an Amazing moment for you. After the game drive, you will be taken to your accommodation for
some welcome rest, your evening meal and to spend the night.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is enjoyed at the Tanzania Bush Camp. Lunch will be a nutritious and balanced
meal, also provided by the lodge for you to take out on safari. Your dinner will be a delicious meal at the

DAY 7 – NORTH SERENGETI – CENTRAL SERENGETI
After breakfast, you depart for a game drive in the central part of the Serengeti. This part is famous for
the abundance of lions and leopards that can usually be seen quite easily. Game viewing in this central
area is spectacular all year round. Enjoy the views of endless plains and stunning wildlife like cheetahs,
elephants, giraffes, hippos, ostrich, pangolin, and many more. After the game drive, you will be taken to
your accommodation for some welcome rest, your evening meal and to spend the night.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is enjoyed at the Tanzania Bush Camp. Lunch will be a nutritious and balanced
meal, also provided by the lodge for you to take out on safari. Your dinner will be a delicious meal at the
Serengeti Sametu Camp.

DAY 8 – CENTRAL SERENGETI – NGORONGORO CRATER
Today you set off towards the Ngorongoro crater for your last game drive. It shelters close to 30.000
animals including the Big Five. The crater teems with zebras, buffaloes, lions, wildebeest, baboons,
elephants, flamingos, ostriches, hippos, cheetahs, and also the rare black rhino. The beautiful colors and
dancing clouds make the crater almost surreal. Because of its natural beauty, the Ngorongoro Crater is
chosen as one of Africa’s Seven Natural Wonders. In the late afternoon, you drive to Accacia Farm
Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is enjoyed at the Serengeti Sametu Camp. Lunch will be a nutritious and balanced
meal, also provided by the lodge for you to take out on safari. Your dinner will be a delicious meal at the
Accacia Farm Lodge.

Day 9: Departure
After breakfast, you drive to Arusha, arriving in time for lunch. After lunch, you will be transferred
to Kilimanjaro Airport for your departure flight.
