Welcome to Amazonas Ecotravel. By booking, purchasing, or participating in our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and transparent experience for all our clients.
1. General Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices, itineraries, and services are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements. Clients are required to provide accurate information during the booking process. Amazonas Ecotravel is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.

2.  Payments and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full at the office location to start of the tour expedition unless otherwise stated. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.

3.  Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made by the client must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as follows: 90 days or more before departure: 30% of the total amount. No refund will be issued. Amazonas Ecotravel reserves the right to modify tours due to force major (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, political instability). In such cases, refunds or rescheduling options will be offered at Amazonas Ecotravel’s discretion.

4.  Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure they are physically and mentally fit to participate in activities. Amazonas Ecotravel reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual deemed unfit for the activities for safety reasons. Clients must adhere to the safety guidelines and instructions provided by Amazonas Ecotravel staff during the expedition.

5.  Liability and Insurance

Amazonas Ecotravel is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the expedition unless caused by negligence on our part. Clients are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.

6.  Privacy and Confidentiality

Amazonas Ecotravel collects and uses client information solely for booking and operational purposes. Personal information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary for the services provided.
